Conducted by Nahla Bahnini and her team, in collaboration with French oenologist Stéphane Derenoncourt, the vineyard is planted on fine red clay and soft limestone subsoil. The combination of this distinctive soil and a sunny but cool climate has given rise to a terroir conducive to the production of a wine with a strong identity. The vines flourish in a setting of olive and almond trees, favoring biodiversity.
